Description

Our exclusive buttermilk pancake and waffle mix is a delicious complement to our Maple Syrup.

Quality Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flours, organic buttermilk, powder, aluminum-free leavening, pure raw sugar, and salt.

Pancake Directions: Combine 1 cup mix with 1 egg and 3/4 cup milk (or to desired consistency) and mix until just blended.

Waffle Directions: Combine 1 1/2 cups mix, 2 eggs, 1 tsp oil and 3/4 cup milk or water and mix until just blended.

(We hear this mix is great for homemade donuts too!)
